If You Need Urgent Help

Insight Neurodevelopment Clinic provides scheduled online assessments for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

We are not an emergency service and do not provide:

• Emergency mental health care
• Crisis intervention
• 24-hour support
• Urgent psychiatric assessments
• Medication prescribing
• Ongoing treatment or clinical management

Our email inbox and telephone service are not monitored continuously, and we cannot respond to urgent or emergency situations.

If You Are in Crisis

If you believe you or someone else is at immediate risk of serious harm, or you require urgent medical or mental health assistance, do not wait for a response from Insight Neurodevelopment Clinic.

Instead, you should:

• Call 999 immediately if there is an immediate risk to life or a medical emergency.
• Attend your nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) Department if you require urgent assessment.
• Contact 111 for urgent medical or mental health advice when it is not a life-threatening emergency.
• Contact your GP if you need urgent support during normal surgery hours.

Assessment Services Only

Insight Neurodevelopment Clinic provides independent remote assessments for ADHD and Autism (ASD) within the United Kingdom.

Our service is designed to:

• Assess for ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Provide diagnostic opinions where clinically appropriate.
• Produce comprehensive assessment reports.
• Offer recommendations for further support where appropriate.

We do not provide:

• ADHD medication
• Medication reviews
• Psychological therapy
• Counselling
• Ongoing psychiatric care
• Crisis support
• Emergency mental health services

Safeguarding

If, during an assessment, our clinicians identify information suggesting that you or another person may be at significant risk of harm, we may have a professional and legal duty to share relevant information with appropriate healthcare professionals or statutory services, in accordance with applicable UK law and our safeguarding responsibilities.
