1. About Us
Insight Neurodevelopment Clinic provides online, remote neurodevelopmental assessments for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) for individuals residing in the United Kingdom.
Our services are limited to assessment, diagnostic opinion (where clinically appropriate), and written reports. We do not provide medication prescribing, ongoing treatment, psychological therapy, crisis intervention, or emergency medical care.
2. Eligibility
To use our services you must:
- Be aged 18 years or over, or have a parent or legal guardian provide consent if the assessment is for a child or young person.
- Be resident in the United Kingdom.
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Have access to a secure internet connection and suitable device capable of supporting video consultations.
3. Nature of Our Service
Our assessments are conducted remotely using secure video consultation platforms.
The assessment may include:
- Clinical interviews.
- Standardised assessment tools.
- Review of questionnaires.
- Review of supporting documentation where available.
- Collection of collateral information from relatives, carers, teachers, or other professionals (with appropriate consent).
- A written assessment report.
The outcome of an assessment may include:
- A diagnosis.
- No diagnosis.
- A recommendation for further assessment.
- Recommendations for support or reasonable adjustments.
A diagnosis cannot be guaranteed.
4. No Treatment or Prescribing
Insight Neurodevelopment Clinic provides assessment services only.
We do not:
- Prescribe medication.
- Provide medication reviews.
- Offer ongoing psychiatric care.
- Provide psychological therapy.
- Offer emergency mental health services.
If treatment is required, clients should consult their General Practitioner (GP) or another appropriate healthcare provider.
5. Booking and Payment
Payment is required in accordance with the pricing displayed on our website.
Appointments are confirmed only after payment has been received unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to change without notice, although confirmed bookings will not be affected.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling are governed by our separate Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Failure to attend an appointment without sufficient notice may result in the appointment being forfeited and fees being retained.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide honest, complete, and accurate information.
- Inform the Clinic of any significant changes to their circumstances.
- Attend appointments on time.
- Ensure they are in a private, quiet location during remote consultations.
- Provide any requested documentation before appointments.
Failure to provide accurate information may affect the assessment outcome.
8. Reports
Assessment reports are prepared using the information available at the time of assessment.
Reports are intended solely for the individual assessed (or their parent/legal guardian where applicable) unless otherwise agreed.
While reports may be accepted by many organisations, Insight Neurodevelopment Clinic cannot guarantee acceptance by:
- NHS services.
- Schools or universities.
- Local authorities.
- Insurance companies.
- Other healthcare providers.
Acceptance of independent assessment reports remains at the discretion of the receiving organisation.
9. GP Involvement
With your consent, we may provide copies of your assessment report to your GP or another healthcare professional.
Clients are responsible for informing their GP if they wish the report to be included within their NHS medical record.
10. Confidentiality
We treat all personal information confidentially and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Information may only be disclosed without consent where required by law or where there are serious concerns regarding safety.

12. Limitation of Liability
Insight Neurodevelopment Clinic exercises reasonable skill and care in providing its services.
